    Why Join?

    • There is a community need for on-going coding and robotics classes.

    • Coding is more fun when robots are involved.

    • Kids will have an on-going club where they can build tech skills and make friends.

    Why is coding important?

    • Code is the reason why all digital devices work (computers, cell phones, etc). Many common activities like searching Google and watching Netflix are made possible with code.

    • Coding helps kids with communication skills, math skills and confidence. These are important for all professions.

    All students:

    • Work with robots

    • Engage in inquiry-based instruction

    • Participate in interactive "unplugged" games to make the concept of coding easy to understand

    • Learn about Digital Citizenship and internet safety

    • Become part of a community of young tech leaders
